Whether you’re creating a website for the first time or in need of a revamp, there are at least three ways to make your site stand out from the rest and bring clients and customers to you.
I know you want it to be aesthetically pleasing and designed for an incredible user experience, but prioritizing these key points will enhance your site and expand your clientele.
Inform
Your website should have the right amount of the right information. You want to be viewed as trustworthy by your clients and/or customers and the best way to do that is to be clear and concise about what they should know about you. You want them to be able to make an educated decision about how your business can help them. When the customer trusts you, they are likely to listen and open their mind to your service or product.
Captivate
Information is only as important as the customer believes it to be. So make sure that your content is captivating to the audience you WANT to buy your product. If you captivate a specific clientele, you will gain more trust in those customers because they will be confident you have their best interest in mind. Again, even with all the information at their fingertips, if your website isn’t captivating, clients aren’t going to stick around very long.
Action
Last, but not least, you want to be sure that your informative and captivating website isn’t for nothing. Your copy should compel clients or customers to do something! Do you want them to buy your product? Tell them about it, get their attention about how it can specifically benefit them, and then give them the opportunity to make that purchase RIGHT NOW! If it’s difficult for them to find how to purchase something or sign up for services, they will exit your site as quickly as they entered it.
